My dear young citizens and parents of Pagsanjan,
With pride and exuberance, I report to all our local stakeholders foremost to all Pagsanjeños, the hard earned gains and accomplishments after six years of an honest, transparent, open, participative but strong pro-active and risk-taking leadership that propelled Pagsanjan to much greater heights with local and global impact; after being stagnant and unproductive for twenty-five long years prior to my administration.
The famous Filipino greeting which literally means "Long Live!" Thus, we sincerely extend this traditional word of welcome to all our foreign and Filipino tourists. We Pagsanjaños are know the world over for our unmatched hospitality and our warm, affectionate smiles.
