With pride and exuberance, I report to all our local stakeholders foremost to all Pagsanjeños, the hard earned gains and accomplishments after six years of an honest, transparent, open, participative but strong pro-active and risk-taking leadership that propelled Pagsanjan to much greater heights with local and global impact; after being stagnant and unproductive for twenty-five long years prior to my administration.

I'm glad and honoured, my administration was able to spearhead trailblazing innovations and calibrate an amazing approach of "Aksyon Agad" implementation rather than words and promises. It leads and coordinates efforts to attain unity and forging stable partnerships and strong linkages among all sectors of the community in participatory governance that our constituents are considered agents of development and not merely the recipients of progress.

Indeed, these are interesting times as well as good times for all PagsanjeÑos. As we move forward towards progress, let us continue to bind? word hard, work well and work together? hand in hand to implement win-win solutions and viable and effective strategies in generating changes and governance reform initiatives in local government management and service delivery - to promote good local governance and community development and produce great results.

When I was selected and rated by the Local Government Leadership Awards in 2003 and 2006 as one of the "Top Ten Outstanding Municipal Mayors of the Philippines", while the honor is indeed significant and a feather in my cap, it carries with it the tremendous responsibility to work harder to become a better leader and the expectations to serve our people with more passion, obsession, intensity and integrity. May I take this opportunity to thank all of you for your support, love and commitment to be of service to our community and town, to make Pagsanjan great again, and the number one tourist destination of our country.

To all of you, I say? we can reach our goal and aspiration of achieving excellence in public service if we firmly believe in Peace, Progress and Prosperity with "One dream? One vision? One mission; One family united, organized and proud again".

For this, we jointly thank our good Lord Jesus Christ and our miraculous Patroness Nuestra Señora de Guadalupe for the abundant blessings bestowed upon us. We thank each other for all the significant contributions, hard work, dedication, cooperation and sacrifice that led to these collective achievements which the next generation will surely cherish.

Mabuhay ang mga Pagsanjeños! Mabuhay ang Pagsajan!... our great, glorious and globally famous town.
